1. How long does the tablet take to dissolve? Allow 15–30 minutes for the tablet to fully dissolve in warm water. Do not attach the pump until the tablet is completely dissolved, pressure can build and cause leaks if sealed too early.

   Please note that dissolving times can vary depending on the product. Our Bathroom Cleaner tablet has a different formula and may take significantly longer to dissolve, sometimes overnight. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance of the product.

2. What bottle do I need? You need a foaming dispenser bottle - a regular pump bottle won't create the foam. Our 450ml amber foaming bottle is included in this starter pack and is designed specifically for these tablets.
3. Why is my bottle leaking at the top? Our nozzles have a close mode to prevent leaks. After use, twist the nozzle clockwise to ensure it is fully closed.
4. How many pumps does one tablet make? Each tablet makes 600+ pumps when dissolved in 450ml of warm water. For a stronger concentration you can use 2 tablets in the same bottle.
5. How long will one pack last my family? It depends on household size - roughly 3–4 months for 1–2 people, 4–8 weeks for a family of 4, and 2–4 weeks for larger families.
6. Is it safe for kids and sensitive skin? Yes - this handwash is gentle enough for toddlers and suitable for people with eczema, dry skin, sensitive skin and dermatitis. As with all cleaning products, keep tablets out of reach of children.
7. Is it naturally antibacterial? Yes - formulated with naturally germ-fighting ingredients including Citric Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate.
8. Is it septic safe? Yes - our tablets are formulated with biodegradable ingredients and are considered septic safe for normal household use. This has been confirmed by our manufacturer.
9. What are the tablet wrappers made from? Our tablet wrappers are made from recycled paper, aluminium foil, and a PVC layer. While we are actively working towards fully biodegradable wrappers, the total material used is approximately 0.1% of a standard PET plastic bottle.
10. What are your foaming hand wash bottles made from? Our foaming hand wash bottles are made from PET plastic and designed to last a very long time. They are fully recyclable. Please note that the pump contains multiple components and should not be recycled.
11. Is the packaging recyclable? Yes - the tablet carton is fully recyclable. The amber bottle is reusable long-term, significantly reducing plastic waste compared to conventional hand wash bottles.
12. Where are your tablets made? Our formulations are developed in Victoria. The tablets are currently manufactured overseas.
