Why is my bottle leaking at the top?
Our nozzles have a close mode to prevent leaks. After use, twist the nozzle clockwise to ensure it is fully closed.
Do the nozzles have spray and jet modes?
Yes. From the fully closed position, turn the nozzle anti clockwise to access spray mode. Continue turning to switch to a stronger jet mode.
How do the tablets work?
Our cleaning tablets are made from low tox, eco-friendly ingredients that react with water. Keep tablets stored in their original pouch until use.
To use, fill your Tea Trees long life recycled bottle with warm water and drop in one tablet. The tablet will begin dissolving immediately. Allow it to fully dissolve before securing the spray nozzle, as pressure can build and cause leaks if sealed too early.
Once dissolved, your cleaner is ready to use.

What are the tablet wrappers made from?
Our tablet wrappers are made from recycled paper, aluminum foil, and a PVC layer. While we are actively working towards fully biodegradable wrappers, the total material used is approximately 0.1 percent of a standard PET plastic bottle.
What are your cleaning bottles made from?
Our cleaning bottles are made from 97 percent recycled RPET plastic and are fully recyclable. All packaging is made in Australia.
What are your hand wash bottles made from?
Our foaming hand wash bottles are made from PET plastic and designed to last a very long time. They are fully recyclable. Please note that the pump contains multiple components and should not be recycled.
Are the tablets safe?
Our tablets are made with gentle ingredients. However, they are still a cleaning product and should always be kept out of reach of children.
What are your cleaning cloths made from?
Our cleaning cloths are made from 100 percent bamboo. Bamboo is a fast growing, sustainable material that is naturally antibacterial and long lasting.
The cloths can be washed and reused many times. Wash separately in cool water and, if soaking, use an oxygen-based bleach.
Are your products guaranteed?

Who owns Tea Trees Eco Ware?
Tea Trees Eco Ware has been owned by Cintia Rodrigues since July 2023. She continues the brand’s mission to reduce single use plastic and make sustainable cleaning simpler for everyday households.
Tea Trees was founded by Saskia Angel and Stu Atkins in 2020. Inspired by the impact of single use plastic seen during their travels, they set out to create an effective, affordable cleaning solution that reduces waste and transport emissions.
After months of research, testing, and refinement, Tea Trees officially launched in May 2021.
