Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We have a 60-day money back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a refund. We stand behind every product we make and if something isn't right we want to make it right - no drama, no hoops to jump through.

 

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at sales@teatrees.com.au with your name, order number and a brief description of the issue. That's all we need.

You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. We don't charge restocking fees.

Once approved your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment on their end.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Take a photo and email it to sales@teatrees.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement or full refund straight away - whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the correct item. Email us at sales@teatrees.com.au and we'll guide you through it personally.

Scuffs & Seconds Items

Please note that all Scuffs & Seconds items are sold as final sale. These products are discounted due to minor cosmetic imperfections on the packaging only - the product inside is perfect and identical to our full priced range. By purchasing a Scuffs & Seconds item you acknowledge and accept that these sales are final and not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
